LEARN TO SWIM WITH EASE

You Don’t Just Want to Swim — You Want to Swim Well

We’ve all seen those swimmers in the pool.

The ones who glide through the water with such confidence, elegance and ease. The ones who turn your head and make you wonder - “How did she learn to swim like that?”

You dream of being the one who turns heads. Or you want that for your child.

So you’ve taken swimming lessons.

But noisy pools, rigid class plans and different teachers each week didn’t work for you. Instead of gliding forward, you felt stuck.

Even private lessons may fall short of unlocking the secret of those ‘natural’ swimmers.

Here’s why …

YOU NEED MORE THAN A SKILLED TEACHER TO BECOME A CONFIDENT AND GRACEFUL SWIMMER

You also need to feel safe, calm and supported.

When you learn to swim in a peaceful environment with a guide who knows how to refine your technique and soothe your nerves, the process becomes a joy, not a struggle.

Your confidence grows. Your skills sharpen. And, before long, heads start turning …

IN MY SWIMMING LESSONS, THE WATER IS OUR PARTNER - SO YOU PROGRESS FASTER

I’ve got decades of experience in the water – not only as a competitive swimmer and a swimming coach, but also as an aquatic bodywork therapist.

This unusual background gives me a broad perspective on what works when learning to swim.

And why so many people struggle to feel water-safe or move beyond ‘so-so’ swimming.

That’s why I’ve  developed my unique, trauma-informed approach - blending elite coaching with therapeutic care, in a setting designed to put you completely at ease.

By drawing on the healing power of water, I help your nervous system to feel supported so that you can let go.

When you let go, your swimming technique improves. This is the secret to steady, joyful progress in the pool.

Here’s how my swimming lessons build your confidence and your skill:

  • Personalised lessons in a warm, private garden pool (33°C) - No more inflexible classes in chilly, crowded public pools. In this tranquil setting, you can focus fully on learning to swim while the gentle warmth releases tension so your strokes flow smoothly.

  • 1-to-1 or small private groups — always with me - You’ll never be passed between instructors. I’ll be your teacher every time, tailoring each lesson so your confidence builds naturally and your swimming improves faster.

  • Expert tuition from a national-level swimmer - With my years of teaching and competitive experience, I’ll guide you beyond “getting by” to swimming beautifully, efficiently and with ease - becoming the most graceful person in the pool.

  • Therapeutic, trauma-aware style - I weave calming aquatic therapy methods from Watsu, Halliwick and somatics into my swimming lessons to invite your body and mind to unwind and work with water’s natural fluid buoyancy as we develop your skills.

  • Step-by-step structure — always at your pace - From breathing and balance to body position and coordination, I’ll introduce the right skills at the right time, so you build technique smoothly without overwhelm.

  • Inclusive for all ages and abilities - I work with children, adults, nervous beginners, triathletes and people with physical disabilities or learning challenges. Wherever you’re at, I’ll adapt my teaching so you feel at home in the water and reach your particular goals without pressure.

  • Fun, light-hearted lessons - I keep children engaged with the serious business of learning to swim through stories and games, while adults enjoy my stress-free sessions. So swimming lessons become something to relish, not to endure.

The result? You or your child won’t just learn to swim — you’ll learn to love swimming.

HERE’S WHAT STUDENTS AND PARENTS SAY ABOUT MY SWIMMING LESSON

“She was by far the best swimming teacher my children ever had”

“My children had swimming lessons with Kamila and she taught them expertly. In a short space of time they became confident swimmers. She was by far the best swimming teacher my children ever had.

This is why I have now myself started to take swimming lessons with Kamila.

Her friendly, calm and encouraging teaching style, her clear method of explaining, and the relaxed atmosphere have transformed swimming for me. It has changed from something that I wanted to become better at into the most enjoyable sport I have ever done.”

“I took beginner swimming lessons with Kamila and had an amazing experience.

Each lesson was thoughtfully structured, and she always took the time to make sure I felt comfortable before moving on. I never felt rushed or judged, which really helped me build confidence in the water.

I’m incredibly grateful for her encouragement and expertise, and I’d recommend her to anyone looking to learn how to swim in a safe, peaceful environment
