Immerse yourself in in a beautiful swimming pool in the green heart of Chesterton, Cambridge.
There will be music and song bird just outside our glass rooftop.
You are going to deepen the connection with visible breath and weightless bodies.
You will find yourself in a 3-dimensional space where you can free your body from the unknown tension.
I will lead you through a series of different exercises that will help you to connect with your own body in the water.
We will experiment with Contact Improvisation under the water slowing down the non-gravity movements.
We will practice connecting with other humans using unconditional holding that comes from WATSU practice.
